Information you choose to share
Forms store your name, email, optional phone, property details, request type, consent, submission page, and timestamp in the site database. Assignment submissions are stored privately for review. Do not submit identity documents, bank information, tenant personal information, or confidential contract documents through these forms.
Seller accounts and listing requests
The no-login $599 package question form does not require an account and does not place an order. Account-based limited-service listing orders use sign-in with ChatGPT through our hosting platform. We store your account identifier, name, email, selected package, price snapshot, property details, and consent so you can view your own saved requests and we can follow up. Requests are private to you and the owner. No card details or photo files are collected by this ordering form. An invoice is arranged separately after review.
How requests are used
Information is collected to review the request or checklist interest you selected. This version does not send email or text campaigns, sell leads to third parties, or publish seller contact details. Limited-service package questions, limited-service listing orders, listing consultation, and cash-offer requests send an email alert to our owner through Resend. The alert contains a request reference, private inbox link, and campaign labels when available; seller contact details remain in the site database. Email delivery may be delayed or fail, so the saved request remains the primary record.
Service requests and provider advertisements
Service posts are held privately until approved. Your name and private email remain in the owner inbox. By checking the publication consent box, you authorize display of your post title, business name where applicable, city, county, category, description, timing, budget, business website, and designated public reply email and optional public phone. Public contact details may be viewed by other visitors. Request removal or correction at bret@treedge.com. Service requests expire after 60 days and provider listings after 180 days; expiration hides the public post but does not delete the stored submission.
Campaign links
When you arrive through a link tagged with utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign, we keep those campaign labels in first-party session storage for this browser tab. A new tagged visit replaces the previous labels. If you submit a seller inquiry, listing request, checklist signup, or assignment form during that session, the labels are saved with your request and shown in the private owner inbox; seller email alerts also include them. We do not store full referring URLs, advertising click IDs, or cross-site visitor identifiers for this feature. Please do not put personal information in campaign tags. Browser storage restrictions may prevent attribution without affecting your ability to submit a form.
Visitors who do not submit forms
This version does not use advertising pixels, visitor identity matching, or third-party analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Visiting alone does not provide us with your name, phone number, or email. Private preview access requires sign-in through the hosting platform.
Access and deletion
Email bret@treedge.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your request for contact. We may need to verify your request before acting. Retention practices must be finalized before public launch.
External sites
The embedded Mortgage News Daily widget loads directly from that provider and is subject to its privacy practices. Property-search and resource links open third-party services with their own privacy practices. No IDX data is currently imported into this site.
